Heckerling Reports

During the week of January 10, 2005, the 39th Annual Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning was held at the University of Miami.  Unfortunately, most law professors were unable to attend because the Institute is during the first week of Spring semester classes.

Do not despair — all is not lost.  The ABA’s section of Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law has just released E-state issue 2005.1 which contains extensive reports of the presentations given during this week-long course.
