Donate to Church and Get a Free Will

An article in today’s (August 5, 2005) issue of the ABA Journal eReport explains how a DeSoto, Texas attorney, Jimmy Verner, prepared wills for the members of his church in exchange for the church member making a donation to the church.  The suggested donation for a will was $50 for an individual and $85 for a couple.  About 45 people participated raising approximately $2,000 for the church.
