Katherine Jackson’s Executor Contest Set for Trial
Yesterday I reported that a Los Angeles court has essentially given Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson’s mother, the green light for proceeding with contesting the named executor’s of Jackson’s estate.
Updating that report, the presiding judge has set aside a week in mid-November for a trial that will determine if the named executors, Branca and McClain, are indeed fit to run Jackson’s estate.
This means that potentially, the issue of who will administer Jackson’s estate could be resolved relatively soon and relatively quickly.
