Dispute Over Marilyn Monroe’s “Image”

A dispute has emerged over the holographic image of the late Marilyn Monroe. Monroe’s Estate has threatened legal action against Digicon Media for trying to profit off her image. Monroe’s Estate claimed that the company infringed upon its intellectual property right to her image. The estate further responded to the company’s actions by sending a cease-and-desist letter to Digicon Media.
