As I have previously discussed, Paul Walker, who died in a car crash last November, left his entire estate to his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Rain Walker. Paul named his mother Cheryl Ann Walker as Meadow’s guardian. Cheryl has asked that she be dismissed as the guardian. A judge is currently deciding whether Meadow’s mother, Rebecca Jo Soteros, should be named as the guardian. However, there are concerns about Soteros being named as guardian, which are unknown, but may be related to Soteros’ current living situation and a possible problem with alcohol. Meadow has been appointed an attorney by the court. The next hearing over the guardianship issue will be heard on May 28, 2014.
