Las Angeles Superior Court Judge Clifford Klein has issued a decision in the contentious conservatorship conflict involving socialite and actress Zsa Zsa Gabor. There has been a long running dispute between Gabor’s ninth husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt and the socialite’s recently deceased daughter Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton. Hilton had alleged that von Anhalt was not a suitable choice for the position of conservatorship because he kept her sick mother isolated, sedated, and also mismanaged estate funds. In his decision Judge Klein terminated von Anhalt’s conservatorship and a general conservator will be appointed to manage Gabor’s estate.
