Widower Torches Wife’s Money, Sued by Lover

Navpreet Walia, 40, says he was so upset after learning about the death of his estranged wife that he “literally burned” the £68,000 that represented her entire estate.  Now, the wife’s partner, Felipe Lim, is suing Walia, demanding that he replace the cash.

Walia inherited his estranged wife’s entire estate.  However, Lim and the wife’s two children claim they were entitled to a “reasonable provision.”
