Homes Near Cemeteries Are More Expensive

TombstoneA recent study revealed that houses within 50 feet of acemetery sell for 13% more than a house with similar features, not near thecemetery. The price per square foot is roughly $8-$12 more expensive for homesnear the cemetery. The reason: acquiring property near a cemetery means a quietproperty.
