Estate of Michael Winner Deals With Massive Debt

Film director Michael Winner may have had a lavishlifestyle, but his estate has been found to be worth considerably less thanexpected.

After debts are paid, his £16.8 million gross estate shrinks to £4.75 million.  Besides finding out where all that moneywent, observers are also left to wonder about “who is to benefit from bequestsand worries about inheritance tax demands faced by those beneficiaries.”
