Bill Gates Pledges $1 Billion to Help Vaccinate Needy Children

Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, pledged $1 billion to help the poorest children have access to vaccines. Gates encouraged other countries to donate $3.7 billion by 2015. According to Global Alliance on Vaccines and Immunization, this effort could potentially save the lives of four million children over four year time period.
