Increasing Popularity of Client Maintenance Programs Among Estate Planners

Meeting with client

When WealthCounsel conducted its 3rd Annual Industry Trends Survey, nearly 1/3 of estate planners said that they would like to add “client maintenance programs” to their business model. Such programs provide certain services on an annual basis as a method of keeping clients engaged with the firm. For firms that have already implemented client maintenance programs, only a small fraction of firm revenues are attributable to the programs.  However, most firms plan to continue the programs nevertheless, hoping for future growth.
