Indiana Creates Funeral Planning Directive

Indiana has created a procedure for a person to execute a Funeral Planning Declaration.  A statutory form is provided, which allows an individual to designate ceremonial arrangements, grave memorials, and a method of body disposition.  2009 Ind. Legis. Serv. P.L. 143-2009.
