Jackson’s Concert Insurance Depends on Autopsy
The insurance policy covering Michael Jackson with regard to his now-canceled concert tour contains provisions excluding cancellations relating to illegally possessing drugs, illicitly taking drugs, concealing information, or acting carelessly to increase the risk of cancellation. This is relevant in light of information relating to Jackson’s use of sedatives and anesthetic propofol shortly before his death.
The impact of these provisions will depend on the now twice-delayed autopsy report.
