Pet trust created for “menagerie”

Jeanne Janes of San Antonio, Texas has established a pet trust for her extensive “collection” of pets which include six horses, five dogs, and six cats.

Attorney Carol Bertsch worked with her to set up a pet trust to care for her pets after her death with any remaining property passing to an animal welfare organization in honor of Jeanne’s mother, Betty Meade Janes.
