Is There a Luke & Laura Estate Planning Interface?

Back in October, I discussed how TV soap operas venture into the estate planning area for plot line enhancement.  My specific discussion concerned One Life to Live.

Yesterday, I was contacted by a large entertainment and lifestyle marketing company, M80, regarding the company’s assignment to promote a Luke and Laura 25th anniversary commemorative ring from the soap opera General Hospital which is being sold by Sears.

Being unfamiliar with the plot line regarding this fictitious couple which has lasted over twenty-five years (longer than the vast majority of real-life relationships), I don’t know if there is a Luke & Laura estate planning interface.

So, if by any chance you know about such things, let me know.  By the way, I know that many people are closest soap opera watchers so you may rest assured that, if you so request, I won’t reveal your identity!
