Dr. Jack Won’t Be Home for Christmas

The famous or infamous, depending on your personal philosophy, Dr. Jack Kevorkian was denied a commuted sentence by a Michigan parole board despite being extremely ill.  The governor is expected to follow the 7-2 vote by the board members.

Dr. Kevorkian will be eligible for parole in 2007.
