Is Investing In Probate Properties A Good Idea?
There are a lot of distressed properties that investors can purchase at a bargain rate. These distressed properties can include foreclosures, properties being sold during a divorce, REO’s, and short sales. One type of distressed property that can sometimes be overlooked by investors are probate properties. An executor of an estate might have a wide variety of reasons that they would want to quickly sell a property that they are managing. Often times a house might only be a small part of an estate and heirs will want to close out fast. There are also a number of reasons why an estate attorney might want to turn to an investor for a quick sale of probate property. Investors that are purchasing distressed properties should consider looking into some of these bargain probate sales.
