Estates in Land and Future Interests — New Edition

I have just received a copy of Prof. Linda H. Edwards‘ book, Estates in Land and Future Interests — A Step-by-Step Guide (2d ed. 2005) along with a comprehensive teaching manual.

This book is self-teaching and provides, in my opinion, excellent coverage of estates and future interests.  If you have the luxury of time in your Wills, Trusts, and Estates course to cover these issues (or if you also teach first-year property), you may conclude as I did that this would make a great secondary source for students to use.
