Terri Schiavo — Update 15

Earlier today (March 24, 2005), the United States Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of Terri’s parents to have her feeding tube reinserted.

The court’s refusal was without comment and was signed by Justice Anthony Kennedy.

But, Terri’s case is far from over.  Terri’s parents still have a request for a determination that Terri’s husband abused her.  Judge Greer of the Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court in Florida has indicated that he will issue a ruling by 12:00 p.m. EST today (3/24/05).
