California and Uniform Trust and Estate Statutes

Prof. E. Gary Spitko and Prof. Lawrence Waggoner have recently published the 2005-06 edition of California and Uniform Trust and Estate Statutes: Selected Provisions (available now from Thomson-West).

As Prof. Spitko explains, this book

collects in a single volume the principal California and Uniform statutes germane to courses on wills, trusts, decedents’ estates, future interests, and fiduciary administration. [The authors] have organized the book by topic corresponding to the chapter organization in the major casebooks in the field. For ease of comparison, the California provision is immediately followed by the corresponding uniform statutory provision.

The book should be of interest to both California teachers and teachers who will be visiting at a California school next year.
