Oregon Enacts Uniform Trust Code

On June 29, 2005, the Governor of Oregon, Ted Kulongoski, signed Senate Bill 275 which enacted the Oregon Uniform Trust Code.  The legislation will take effect on January 1, 2006.

Oregon is the 14th jurisdiction to enact the UTC.
