Massachusetts Enacts Uniform Principal and Income Act
On November 10, 2005, the Lieutenant-Governor, Acting Governor of Massachusetts signed into law the Massachusetts’ version of the Uniform Principal and Income Act, which will take effect on January 1, 2005. 2005 Mass. Legis. Serv. 129.
