Q-TIP Raps

It seems that, Jonathan Davis, a famous rap singer has the same moniker as a popular estate planning technique, Q-TIP.

According to VH1, his lyrics are fiercely intelligent, socially progressive, and show a brilliant fusion of rap and jazz.

I listened intently to some of his work but unfortunately was unable to detect any nexus to qualified terminable interest property.
