Update on Prof. Leslie’s Langbein Response Article

Earlier on this blog, I reported on an article by Prof. Melanie B. Leslie (Cardozo Law School) entitled In Defense of the No Further Inquiry Rule: A Response to Professor Langbein which was released on SSRN.

I have just learned that this article was recently published in the William and Mary Law Review.  The citation for the article is 47 Wm. & Mary L. Rev. 541 (2005).   The article is revised and slightly expanded in the Review.  It is already available on Lexis and Westlaw, as well as in print.
