“Do Not Resuscitate” Tattoo

Some individuals are really serious about their health care desires.  A recent report explains how an 80-year old woman went to a tattoo artist in February to have the phrase “do not resuscitate” tattooed on her chest.

It is unlikely that the tattoo is legally binding but it should enhance the likelihood that medical personnel will search for her living will which she keeps conveniently hanging on her refrigerator at home.
