Florida Enacts Uniform Trust Code
On June 14, 2006, the Governor of Florida approved the Florida Trust Code which is based on the Uniform Trust Code. 2006 Fla. Sess. Laws Serv. 2006-217.
The new statute will take effect on July 1, 2007.
