Ohio Enacts Ohio Trust Code

The Ohio Trust Code was approved on June 28, 2006 to take effect on January 1, 2007.

Although portions of the Ohio Trust Code are based on the Uniform Trust Code, the Ohio Trust Code is not considered to be an enactment of the UTC by the NCCUSL.
