“Stick on” ad for charitable gifts

Below is an ad for the New York Community Trust that was affixed (via Tab-On ® Ad, like a Post-It) to the Monday, June 30, 2008 edition of the New York Law Journal.  I query whether charitable gift planning is as simple as the ad may make it seem.
