2009 Update Memo and Teacher’s Manual Update for Family Property Law: Cases and Materials on Wills, Trusts and Future Interests, Fourth Edition

Now available online are two 2009 updates for Waggoner, Alexander, Fellows and Gallanis’ Family Property Law: Cases and Materials on Wills, Trusts and Future Interests, Fourth Edition. One update is for the casebook. The second update is for the teacher’s manual. These updates take account of the 2008 amendments to the Uniform Probate Code and incorporate them throughout the book. Faculty members who have adopted the book may reproduce the casebook update for use by their students.
