“The Codicil” goes online

The Estate Planning & Community Property Law Journal at Texas Tech University School of Law is pleased to announce the launch of its online companion, The Codicil.

The Codicil will publish articles, comments, book reviews, case-law updates, and other pertinent information in the fields of estate planning, community property, and other related areas of law.  The site will explore facets of the articles published in the Journal’s print edition and highlight additional topics of interest to practitioners.
