Jackson’s Mother Seeks Determination of No Contest Clause

Lawyers for Michael Jackson’s mother have reportedly filed legal documents asking for a court determination of whether the no contest clause in Jackson’s will would apply to Jackson’s mother if she fights the appointment of the executors named in the will.
