Florida Amends Statutes Governing Anatomical Gifts

Florida Law passed during the 2009 session of the Florida Legislature revises state statutes governing anatomical gifts, including provisions governing who can make an anatomical gift.  See 2009 Fla. Sess. Law Serv. Ch. 2009-218.
