Jackson Estate Says Heal the World Improperly Used Jackson Name

Jackson Michael Jackson’s estate is suing Heal the World Foundation for using Jackson’s name and likeness without proper permission to do so.  Although Jackson founded a Heal the World Foundation, that foundation is not connected with the foundation currently being sued.
