Taking Advantage of Low Interest Rates in Estate Planning

Estate planFalling interest rates negatively affect gains to be earned on investments, but low interest rates also create a possibility for transferring more wealth tax free.  For example, an intra-family loan taking advantage of low applicable federal rates of interest could provide such wealth transfer benefits if structured properly.
