More on the Future of the Estate Tax

After a decade of phasing in, the repeal of the estate tax is finally about to arrive…but may be called off at the last minute. So let us bid a cautious farewell to the estate tax since we shall meet again. In fact, the nondeparture of the estate tax may be the biggest anticlimax in tax history.
