JOTWELL Launches Trusts & Estate Section

JOTWELL, the Journal of Things We Like (Lots), recently launched a Trusts & Estate section.  The editors of the JOTWELL Trusts & Estates section are Bridget J. Crawford (professor of law, Pace University) and William LaPiana (professor of law, New York Law School).  

JOTWELL is a website designed to inform legal academics of legal scholarship that is new, interesting, and important.  The website is divided into sections based on different areas of the law.
