Author Jane Brody Uses Her Guide To The Great Beyond
Over a year ago, Jane Brody wrote “Jane Brody’s Guide to the Great Beyond.” More recently, Jane Brody wrote about using her own written advice during her husband’s final days. In a personal New York Times article recounting the experience, Brody writes that “[y]ou never know when your time will be up, . . . so it is best to prepare for the end sooner rather than later,” which should inevitably include a little estate planning. Jane E. Brody, When the Only Hope is a Peaceful Ending, NY Times, March 15, 2010.
Special thanks to Joel Dobris (Professor of Law, UC Davis School of Law) for bringing this to my attention.
