Graham Moffat (associate professor of law, University of Warwick), Gerry Bean (attorney and partner, Melbourne, Australia), and Rebecca Probert (University of Warwick) recently published the fifth edition of Trusts Law: Text and Materials (2009).  An excerpt of this book has been placed on SSRN.
