South Dakota Continues to Attract Trust Companies

The Trust Advisor Blog reports that another trust company, Sterling Trustees LLC,  has filed for a trust charter in South Dakota.  

As previously reported, South Dakota is the top choice state for trust companies because of its favorable laws.
