Growing Your Elder Law Practice
Offbeat tips for growing an elder law practice was the subject of one session at a program hosted by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys last fall. Maximizing the benefits of your time and developing good client relations was the basis of several suggestions:
- Letting go of the two or three clients who take up an inordinate amount of time compared to the benefit the firm receives from those clients can free up time for focusing on growth.
- Delegating to staff tasks such execution ceremonies frees up valuable time.
- Keeping a client engaged by sending a client news letter helped one attorney develop stronger client relations.
