Bobby Fischer to be Exhumed

Bobby Fischer

Chess genius Bobby Fischer died in Iceland in January 2008 without leaving a will. The cases over his estate are ongoing. Most recently, the Supreme Court of Iceland ordered Fischer’s body to be exhumed to prove whether or not he is the father of nine-year-old Jinky Young. Fischer’s longtime partner and relatives in the United States accepted the court’s decision and are waiting for the results of the paternity tests.
