Near Billionaire Allegedly Forged Billionaire’s Will

ChanA New York City limo driver allegedly made almost $800,000 in fraudulent charges on the credit card of celebrity feng shui adviser, and near billionaire, Chan Chun Chuen. Chan is so wealthy that he didn’t even know about the fraud until a fraud investigator working on behalf of American Express brought it to his attention.

In a strange twist of events, the limo driver is using Chan’s own alleged misdoings as a defense. Chan allegedly forged a will that made him the sole beneficiary of Nina Wang’s fortune. In addition to the fraudulent will charges, Hong Kong tax collectors have hit Chan with a $41 million tax bill. Chan failed to report that Nina Wang, who was worth $4 billion at the time of her death, paid Chan hundreds of millions for his feng shui skills.
