Elderly Individuals Defy Their Age

Tao Yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch is still able to glide into gravity-defying yoga moves at age 92. She has been teaching yoga for over 40 years and says that there’s nothing you can’t do.

Don McNelly had to pull out of his 745th marathon in November after only 12 miles. McNelly, now 90, says he wants to live to 100 and thinks he has one more marathon up his sleeve.

Johannes Heesters, who just turned 107, quit smoking three weeks ago. He said he did it for his wonderful wife, 61-year-old Simone Rethel, who should have him for as long as possible.
