Mickey Rooney’s Elder Abuse Issues

Mickey Rooney’s stepson, Christopher Aber, allegedly attempted to coerce Mickey to sign over his assets. The 90-year-old actor filed a petition also stating that he is fearful that Chris will become physically threatening and may attempt to kidnap Mickey. An L.A. judge issued an order for Chris and his wife to stay 100 yards away from Mickey and appointed Mickey’s attorney as a temporary conservator upon Mickey’s request to protect his assets.
