Elizabeth Taylor Requested Her Funeral to be Delayed 15 Minutes

Elizabeth Taylor was laid to rest on Thursday at a private funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA. The funeral began fifteen minutes after its scheduled start time as per her request. Taylor, a Hollywood original to the end, wanted to be late for her own funeral.

Taylor died at age 79, leaving behind four children and ten grandchildren. A public service in her honor will be held at a later date.
