Probate Attorney Ordered to Pay $1M in Restitution
Leonard Brady was a highly regarded probate attorney in Milwaukee. One judge dubbed him as the “grand master of probate” and appointed him to protect the $1.6M estate of Catherine Pretschold. When nobody was looking, Brady sent almost $700,000 overseas and paid himself and others hundreds of thousands in addition. The Wisconsin Supreme Court revoked Brady’s license to practice law and ordered him to pay over $1M in restitution.

Special thanks to David S. Luber (Attorney at law, Florida Probate Attorney Wills and Estates Law Firm) for bringing this to my attention.
