Puppy Survives Euthanasia

Animal Control Officer Scott Prall found a puppy alive inside a dumpster the morning after a Sulphur, OK dog shelter euthanized him and his litter mates. The puppies were dumped at the shelter and euthanized because they appeared to be sick. They were all declared dead by a veterinarian before being placed in the dumpster. Yet somehow this puppy, dubbed Wall-e, survived and is “just as healthy as could be.”
