Thief Steals Keys from Valet Box, Drives Off With Cremation Ashes

Michael Doane’s father died in a car accident and was cremated. Michael was eating at Murphy’s Restaurant in Atlanta’s Virginia Highland area when a thief stole his keys from the valet box, driving off with Michael’s car and his father’s ashes. The owner of the valet company said his insurance will cover the stolen cars and replacing keys, but it won’t help Michael get his father’s ashes back.
