Warner Brothers and MGM sued by Charles Bronson’s Survivors

2_midi Actor Charles Bronson passed away in August 2003 at the age of 81. He was known for starring in films such as “The Dirty Dozen,” “St Ives,” “Telefon,” and “The Magnificent Seven.”

Bronson’s survivors have filed suit against Warner Brothers and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The suit, filed on behalf of the Bronson Survivor’s Trust and the Bronson Marital Trust, asks for allegedly unpaid residuals derived from “St Ives” and “Telefon.” It accuses MGM and Warner Brothers of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and misrepresentation. Both trusts hold the right to receive residuals derived during Bronson’s death.
