Ohio Lottery Winner to Share His Millions With Charities and Friends
Pillip Withem of Logan, Ohio won $5 million Tuesday after playing the Ohio Lottery. Though Withem depends on kidney dialysis, he plans to use his Top Prized Drawing winnings to help out friends and charities.
Withem plans to use some of his winnings to help out friends who helped him during his illness and to make donations to children’s charities. As to the motive behind his generosity, Withem says, “I’m going to help people because I love it. It makes me feel good and I think that’s what God put us here for.”
